A tailored treatment plan based on your decisions and treatment prioritized as required will be provided for you. Your plan will clearly outline treatment required, the fees and number of appointments needed.
If you are covered by private health insurance, on presentation of your health fund card, our front office team members are able to submit a query to your fund on your behalf to establish the cover you have and any out-of-pocket costs (gap) payable for treatment required.
Alternatively, health fund item codes are provided on all our treatment plans to enable you to seek rebate information directly from your private health fund.
